ABOUT DR. ROBERT AND BRITTANY RUSH
Dr. Robert R. Rush III is a prophetic voice, leadership strategist, and transformational teacher dedicated to equipping this generation of leaders with clarity, conviction, and Kingdom purpose. With a divine mandate to “Build My People,” Dr. Rush has spent over 15 years training, developing, and mobilizing emerging leaders across churches, ministries, and organizations.
He is the co-founder of Impact Ministries and The Impact Partners, LLC, where he serves alongside his wife, Brittany Rush, delivering spiritual formation, leadership development, and educational consulting. Together, they equip leaders in both faith-based and community contexts to grow in character, capacity, and calling.
Dr. Rush is the author of Emerge: A Call to Leadership, a transformational guide designed to awaken, activate, and align leaders to God’s purpose in their lives. His ministry blends biblical truth, prophetic insight, and practical leadership tools to strengthen the Body of Christ and advance the Kingdom of God.
A dynamic communicator, Dr. Rush travels extensively preaching and teaching across the nation and internationally. He is known for his authenticity, deep wisdom, and ability to speak life and strategy into leaders at every level. He holds a Doctorate in Transformational
Leadership, a Master’s in Practical Theology, and a Bachelor's in Business Marketing. Robert and Brittany are the proud parents of two daughters, Gabrielle and Grace.
Brittany Rush is a transformational educator, strategist, and Kingdom leader devoted to advancing God’s purposes through education, leadership, and ministry. With more than a decade of experience shaping systems of learning and leadership across schools and organizations, Brittany carries a unique anointing to bridge Kingdom principles with real-world impact.
As the founder of Impact Partners Consulting, she equips leaders in education, business, and ministry to build systems, strengthen organizational health, and lead with integrity and vision. Her work reflects a deep commitment to transforming people, places, and purpose, rooted in the belief that when leaders grow, communities thrive.
Brittany holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from Oral Roberts University, an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction, and is completing her Doctorate in Educational Leadership, where her research explores executive coaching and the sustainability of school leaders.
Alongside her husband, Dr. Robert Rush III, she co-leads Impact Ministries, stewarding revival, equipping believers to walk boldly in their Kingdom assignments, and raising leaders who carry the presence and power of God into every sphere of influence. Together, they are proud parents to two daughters, Gabrielle and Grace, who inspire their purpose and joy.
